Thank you for shopping with Present House Studio. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon payment, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Your right to cancel (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content like ours, that right ends as soon as download begins — but only if you’ve given your express consent to this beforehand. You’ll be asked to confirm this at checkout before your purchase is completed.
